The NEGABCC CORE Scholars Program provides a scholarship-funded opportunity for young adults ages 18–30 to receive hands-on training in the construction trades. Participants will develop practical skills, work toward trade-specific certifications, explore career and entrepreneurship opportunities, and earn a certificate of completion. This program is designed to help participants build stronger futures, achieve self-sufficiency, and make a positive impact in their communities.
